Solution Advisor Role

The Solution Advisor is a critical position within our organization, responsible for working closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges. This role requires a strong foundation in technical and business processes, as well as excellent customer-facing skills.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors and Supply Chain Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong technical and business process knowledge, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
  • A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships.
