Job Title: Luxury Property Care Professional

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for property maintenance and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a globally recognized development project.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring that high standards of property upkeep are maintained at all times.
  • Diagnose and complete minor repairs, including basic carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks, utilizing practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform routine gardening and groundskeeping duties as required, maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
  • Assist contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Develop a working knowledge of on-site machines and equipment, enhancing technical skills and versatility.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, delivering work to high standards and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support emergency maintenance when needed, including occasional after-hours call-outs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years' experience in maintenance, handyman, or facilities roles, preferably in luxury settings, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Practical skills in plastering, painting, and minor repair work are preferred but not essential, highlighting transferable skills and potential for growth.
  • A keen eye for detail and proactive approach to maintaining high standards of property upkeep, demonstrating exceptional quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, showcasing self-motivation and initiative.
  • Professional attitude and presentation skills fitting for a world-class property, highlighting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with familiarity using property management software like MyBos (optional), demonstrating adaptability and willingness to learn.
About This Role:
  • Experience in landscaping, including lawn care, irrigation, and general gardening tasks, showcasing horticultural skills and enthusiasm for green spaces.
  • Cert III in Landscape Construction or equivalent qualification (desired), highlighting commitment to professional development and excellence.
