Beachfront Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and proactive maintenance professional to join our team at a world-class property development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of maintenance and care across our luxury beachfront residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of the common property to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Diagnose and complete minor repairs, including plastering, painting, and general maintenance tasks
  • Perform basic gardening and groundskeeping as required to maintain immaculate outdoor spaces
  • Assist on-site contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Maintain a general understanding of on-site machines and equipment
  • Provide timely responses to maintenance requests and ensure all work is carried out to luxury property standards
  • Assist with emergency maintenance when required, including after-hours call-outs
  • Ensure compliance with emergency, fire, and evacuation procedures
  • Manage basic administrative tasks, including data entry into property management software
About You

We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to property upkeep. You should have over 3 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman role, preferably within a high-end luxury accommodation setting.

You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A professional attitude and the ability to present yourself in a manner befitting a world-class property are essential.
