About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced and skilled cleaner to join our maintenance team, working closely with the property manager to ensure the upkeep of luxury apartments and common areas.

  • Clean and maintain apartments, corridors, and outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the property, using chemicals and equipment correctly.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping all types of surfaces.
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in housekeeping or facilities maintenance, preferably within luxury residences, hotels, or high-end accommodation.

  • A strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products, as well as basic health and safety procedures.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of movement.
  • A professional and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.
