Building Manager Position

The role of Building Manager involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of a luxury owner-occupied building in Main Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the upkeep of common property areas, coordinating minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance, as well as arranging repairs through specialized contractors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of building management practices. They should also be comfortable with performing tasks such as concierge services, monitoring the use and condition of common property areas, and liaising with body corporate representatives.

A strong background in property management is essential, with experience in managing residential buildings preferably in a similar setting. The ability to provide exceptional service to residents, manage budgets, and perform administrative tasks efficiently would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
