Store Manager Role OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of up to 15 members and drive business growth in one of our over 100 locations across the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and train your team to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional store presentation.
- Liaise with the Stock Allocator to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize return on floor space.
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance to ensure smooth store operations.
