Aged Care Resident Services Manager

Doutta Galla has a great opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee the day to day running of our Yarraville Village Residential Aged Care Home. This role has a focus on continuous improvement and ensuring that services are delivered in line with organisational values and quality standards. It is key in ensuring residents of continue to receive high-quality person-centred care services and where the home operates effectively and efficiently.
**What you will bring**:
We are seeking a Manager who holds a current AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification. Additionally, you need to be commercially astute and an experienced people manager with Aged Care experience. Reporting to the Executive Manager Business Operations, you will be an empathetic and resilient leader, with a strong focus on building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and a passion for leading and managing teams to achieve high standards.
