About the Role

We're seeking a talented Product Developer to join our team and help us create key ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love. As a Product Developer, you'll work closely with our Buying and Product teams to ensure that we're delivering quality products that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations
  • Track production and manage product schedules
  • Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks
  • Manage production and shipping schedules
  • Approve lab dips, trims, strikes offs and bulk fabrics, garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination and technical drawings

Requirements

  • Degree/qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Fashion, Textiles)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Product Developer role
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator
