About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Services Manager to join our team at Consolidated Power Projects. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in driving project excellence and consistency across our business.

With a strong background in project controls and services, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in project management, including project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and enterprise risk management.

You will work closely with our project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our industry-leading projects, and will be responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 10+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environment
  • Broad experience across project controls and services, such as estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, earned value management, and enterprise risk management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations
  • Experience in the areas of Training and Development, Project Governance and Assurance, Benchmarking, and Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, InEight, Teambinder, Hard Dollar, and Power BI systems
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering will be highly regarded
