Senior Commissioning Qualification Manager

Integrated Project Services is seeking a dedicated CQV Group Lead to join our talented team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide leadership of technical CQV operations and be responsible for the operational activities of the group. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of overall work, coordinating and contributing technical input, and overseeing technical output of employees and projects. You will also coordinate and administer Employee Performance Development and Review program for group members. Additionally, you will assist and assure implementation of standards and tools to ensure department output meets or exceeds established quality and performance expectations. You will oversee manpower planning of unit resources and administer technical staff to assure efficient assignment of resources on multiple, concurrent projects. You will also support recruiting, team retention, and develop staffing plans to meet forecast labor and skills required to meet project and/or account-specific goals. You will supervise CQV specialists and engineers and ensure that all employees within the group are properly managed and trained. You will instill a positive work environment and facilitate effective staff development efforts. You will communicate staffing levels regularly with all levels of management at IPS. You will prepare proposals for service and support preparation of proposals as directed by Compliance management. You will support business development with presentations and related marketing activities. You will be responsible for primary BD activities focused on client satisfaction and repeat business for assigned accounts. If you have 5+ years of industry experience, at least 3 of which have been in a supervisory or management capacity for CQV or related industry projects, and possess progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others, we encourage you to apply. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires travel based on the project and project location.
