Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and working closely with our clients to achieve their vision.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical infrastructure, with experience in civil, structural, and industrial building projects. You will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively and work autonomously, with a strong focus on delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a relevant trade
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project
  • Experience in civil, structural, and industrial building projects, with a focus on public infrastructure
  • Additional exposure to Water/Wastewater and Marine projects is an advantage
  • Willing to travel, work away, and/or remotely, if required
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop task lists to maintain project progression and deadlines
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills and knowledge
  • Supportive, relatable, adaptable, reliable, and driven for career progression
  • Australian Driver's License (Open C preferred)
