Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional table service with confidence and personality.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations across food, beverages, and drinks.
  • Create a positive, memorable dining experience for every guest.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and share it in an engaging way.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge – WSET Level 1 or 2 qualifications highly regarded.
  • Passion for all things delicious – food, beverages, and hospitality.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Current RSA certification required.
  • Australian work rights or valid work visa required.
