A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

  • Welcome guests and provide inspired recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Ensure efficient service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages directly to guests' rooms.
  • Set up and pack down the venue as required.
  • Manage inventory and maintain equipment functionality.
  • Work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless service.
  • Minimize waste and inform supervisors about unsafe equipment or low supplies.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to maintain smooth service.

What We Need from You

We are looking for positive people with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Our ideal candidate will have strong skills, previous experience working in hospitality, and a passion for customer service. They must also be willing to continually build their knowledge.

You will also have:

- Experience and knowledge - strong skills and previous experience working in hospitality is essential
- The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Relevant certifications and qualifications
