Dining Experience Manager

The Host Supervisor is the key point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. This role oversees reservations and front desk operations, supports the host team, and ensures every guest is welcomed warmly.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of reservations and front desk management
- Support to the host team in achieving exceptional customer service
- Welcoming and seating guests with genuine hospitality
- Cash handling and POS system experience
- At least 2 years' experience in guest services within a restaurant, hotel or tourism environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as Seven Rooms or Res Diary
- Previous experience in an A La Carte restaurant
- Experience with working with loyalty programs, vouchers and gift cards
- Current RSA certificate
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
