We are seeking a skilled Dining Experience Host to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Adelaide, Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work as part of our dynamic food and beverage team. As a Dining Experience Host, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service across all areas of the hotel, including our restaurant, bar, and banquets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm welcome for every guest, providing attentive and efficient services to ensure a delightful experience.
  • Take orders and serve a diverse selection of delicious dishes from our restaurant and bar, along with brewed coffee, local South Australian wine, outstanding cocktails, and other beverages.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Anticipate guest needs, address any issues promptly, and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ambitious and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry, is essential. You will also need to be flexible with your availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
