The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of department, branch, and corporate goals related to profit, growth, service producer, and client relations.

This position can be based in Sydney or Brisbane and involves managing a book of business to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing effective portfolio analysis, profit, and retention strategies, collaborating with internal customers on book management, monitoring and reporting on open claims, and preparing for account reviews with management.

Underwriting quality and compliance are also crucial aspects of this role, including adhering to underwriting, compliance, and file documentation standards, evaluating and accepting or declining new lines, renewals, and endorsements, and making recommendations for account trade-off decisions.

Sales and marketing efforts are also essential, involving achieving individual producer targets, developing business development strategies, and identifying intelligent solutions to unique underwriting situations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
