Level 1 Technical Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will provide top-notch technical support and administration for hardware and system issues, focusing on:

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • MS Office Suite / 365
  • Windows Defender
  • Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • SCCM
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Citrix
  • Jira Service Desk

This role is based at our Mascot head office, with easy access to public transport. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, escalating situations as needed, supporting hardware requests, and communicating effectively with customers.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
