Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Educate and advise clients on suitable event solutions, including audio-visual equipment and digital options.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Address any areas of concern promptly to rectify problems.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue in applicable venues.
Your Background
  • Prior experience in the events/sales environment is essential.
  • Relevant experience in AV is required.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, time management, and communication skills are necessary.
