Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and venues to ensure successful event outcomes
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
