Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking skilled professionals with a passion for occupational rehabilitation to provide comprehensive services.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy, while being supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy, along with full professional registration/accreditation.
Required skills include excellent communication skills, compassion, and kindness, as well as the ability to manage client caseloads and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
In this position, you will:
- Work collaboratively with employers and employees to implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve return-to-work outcomes;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care;
- Support clients with physical and psychological injuries through goal-setting, coaching, and mentoring;
