Senior Agile Coach Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach Lead to excel in our organization. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

As a Senior Agile Coach Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, building relationships with individual team members, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering learning opportunities.

You will also act as a role model by demonstrating the values of our organization and influencing how they are lived within your team. As a representative of the leadership team, you will demonstrate your capacity to self-manage and positively influence those around you.

You will help team members connect their day-to-day work with our organization's purpose and be responsible for managing team members in accordance with organizational policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 5 Agile Coaches, each one being a member of 2 end-to-end teams
  • Develop and implement development plans for all members of your team
  • Collaborate with content and participate in the Agile Coach Community of Practice
  • Support Agile Coaches to Implement the Delivery Framework
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles, tools, techniques, and frameworks
  • Excellent influencing, coaching, mentoring, advising, facilitating, and training skills from team to portfolio level
  • Experience coaching scaled Agile transformation and building high-performance teams
  • Proven experience in communicating well with delivery teams and executives
