Job Opportunity

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team as a Home Support Officer. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Manager and the Home, ensuring the smooth operation of key administration tasks.

Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer service excellence and representing the organisation with each internal/external customer transaction.
  • Supporting and promoting the Home and organisation in a positive and professional manner.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to all key stakeholders.
  • Presenting a caring and customer focussed experience to any visitors to the Home through being the first point of contact with the Home.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A commitment to work within the organisation's Mission, Vision and Values.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
