Job Title: Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a key role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address complex and technical queries, referring them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Accurately record and register customer requests using computer systems.
  • Perform administrative duties under supervision, including processing transactions and maintaining records.
  • Proactively promote services and information to customers.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Significant experience in administration and clerical work, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in Reception and Call Centre operations.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in databases and software programs.
