About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our established team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IAM environment. Our organisation is a respected entity that faces a large number of threats, and we are looking for individuals who can help us stay ahead of the curve.

This is a unique opportunity for those who are passionate about IAM and want to make a meaningful impact. You will be part of a large, established security/IT team that is dedicated to working towards a common goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the IAM environment to ensure safe and secure access for our users
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and improve the security and usability of the platform
  • Onboard new applications and ensure a positive user experience for staff
Requirements
  • Experience implementing, operating, and monitoring IAM platforms, including SailPoint, Okta, and OIM
  • Deep understanding of key IAM principles, including RBAC and access governance
  • Ability to adapt the IAM platform to emerging threats and utilize product updates for greater security
  • Proactive thinker who can identify areas for improvement and present opportunities to the business
  • Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders and educate them on IAM requirements
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance are mandatory for this role
