Key Responsibilities- Take a hands-on role in adopting and redefining IAM solutions that support Optus colleagues.
- Play an active role in the maintenance of capabilities to improve the IAM posture at Optus.
- Work with the broader team to support IAM Platforms that have been implemented, including Sailpoint, Safeguard, and Silverfort.
- Help drive cyber security operational excellence by building processes, procedures, and automation to gain efficiencies in our day-to-day IAM practices.
- Support internal customers by addressing their needs and issues.
- Passion for cyber security and IAM solutions.
- Strong technical skills, including API's and connectors.
- Ability to research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry updates and changes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote with flexible hours.
