We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Technical Lead to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) products, services, and solutions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions to ensure secure access to our systems and data
  • Develop and integrate IAM services, including automating processes in line with best practice
  • Collaborate with Cyber, IT, and the wider business to translate business and security strategy into security success
  • Lead the development of IAM strategies and their implementation

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IAM, including senior support, design, and implementation of IAM solutions
  • Experience with Identity Management (Sailpoint, IBM, Dell etc), Azure PIM, Privileged Access Management, Access Management, PKI, and Directories (Active Directory, Azure, LDAP)
