Job Title: International Employment Expert

This role presents a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects spanning global employment documentation, compliance, and people integration across multiple jurisdictions.

As an International Employment Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing employment documents across 40+ countries, including template creation and contract review.
  • Supporting projects for hybrid and remote workers, relocations, and office changes.
  • Aligning and scaling employment terms, working conditions, and SOPs globally with the People team.
  • Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Communications teams, and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Driving cultural assessments, onboarding, and People integration workstreams for acquired businesses.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of HR experience with international scope, preferably with multi-jurisdictional law knowledge.
  • Proven experience working with global entities and supporting M&A projects.
  • A strategic mindset, attention to detail, and track record of creating scalable processes.
  • The ability to navigate complex environments and engage stakeholders worldwide.
