Grocery Operations Lead

About You- A minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving targets, developing teams, and maintaining a safe working environment
- Able to lead change initiatives, energize your team, and drive results-oriented performance
- Maintain consistent adherence to store visual merchandising standards, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for customers
