ABOUT THE ROLE.

In the role of Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager. You will have the opportunity to oversee multiple projects, managing each with a hands-on approach as if it were your own. The ideal candidate will possess a positive demeanor, a robust work ethic, and a dedication to achieving excellence. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding Graduate Engineers who will report to you on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

Your key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Administering contracts
  • Supervising cost management
  • Processing variation and progress claims
  • Managing subcontractor relationships
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Ensuring quality assurance
  • Overseeing occupational health and safety compliance

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.

  • A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in infrastructure or land development projects
  • Prior involvement in projects of a similar nature
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
