Job Title
A Rehabilitation Consultant is responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention, return to work or life and disability support solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will utilise their specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations, evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness, and support clients with chronic illness, injury or disability to achieve independence and fulfill their goals.
Key responsibilities include administering standardised assessment tools, being responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work or life goal, engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
