Support Injured Workers Return to Full Productivity

EML, a leading provider of workers compensation and personal injury claims management, is dedicated to assisting individuals in their return-to-work journey. Our mission is to offer ongoing support, ensuring a seamless transition back to work.

As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in making a positive impact on someone's life every day. Your responsibilities will include early, timely, and personalized face-to-face claims management, helping injured workers return to work and supporting their employers.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and external providers, to develop and implement a plan that facilitates their return to work journey. This will involve conducting community visits, providing workers compensation advice, and building strong relationships with your stakeholders.

With our flexible working arrangement available, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week, while also being out on the road and within the office. We foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring a long-term career at EML.
