Your Role and Responsibilities

Working as part of our Project Office, you will:

  • Manage requests and diagnose issues raised via the Project Office Inbox, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Assist Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Content and Design Specialists in managing the status and delivery of Project Office workflow.
  • Support the maintenance of our Processes and Procedures across the organization.

  • A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience across systems used by our organization.
  • Careful consideration and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude, resilient, and a willingness to learn.
