We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with expertise in broadcast production applications and corporate systems to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for a wide range of broadcast and IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and uptime.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and vendors.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Implement and maintain preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  • Knowledge Management: Manage and document technical solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
  • System Upgrades: Perform system upgrades and installations, ensuring efficient and seamless transitions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Broadcast/IT Support Engineer or related role.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with strong understanding of broadcast technology and IT networking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
