Digital Brand Specialist

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the online presence of our brands and engaging with customers to build loyal communities.
Responsibilities include developing and managing multi-brand digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and paid advertising channels.
You will work closely with brand directors, chefs, and creative partners to deliver consistent storytelling and ensure each brand's unique tone is reflected.
- Develop and manage multi-brand digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and paid media.
- Work closely with brand directors, chefs, and our creative partners (design & PR) to deliver consistent, on-brand storytelling.
- Lead social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community management.
- Drive customer engagement and retention through CRM, EDM, loyalty, and digital activations.
- Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and deliver reports that translate data into action.
- Manage content calendars and ensure each brand's unique tone of voice shines through (playful, bold, cheeky, or wholesome depending on the brand).
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of paid social, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.
- Creative flair with an eye for design, video, and storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimise.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands with distinct personalities.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Someone who thrives in a hybrid role, balancing onsite creative energy with focused WFH strategy.
Additional qualifications include excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
