At Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, we have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a social media and content strategy that positions the brand and experience above competitors.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with a strong understanding of market segmentation in the retail industry and experience in CRM systems, CMS, Social channels, Google Analytics, eDM and mobile marketing. You will work closely with partners to create and deliver compelling content across all channels including website, email, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital communications strategy across owned, earned and paid platforms to drive customer engagement and retailer support.
  • Utilize data insights and digital trends analysis to identify opportunities to drive channel growth and deliver on market share targets and ROI.
  • Support key retailer launches and contribute to the delivery of retailer onboarding and engagement strategy.

You will also assist in the delivery of an in centre activation schedule and in centre experiences that support the asset strategy.

Requirements

We are seeking a marketing professional with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of market segmentation in the FMCG, leisure or retail industry.
  • Experience in CRM systems, CMS, Social channels, Google Analytics, eDM and mobile marketing.

Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
