We are seeking an experienced AI Adoption Specialist to join our team at AutogenAI, a leading provider of Generative AI SaaS solutions. As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers realise the full potential of our AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering tailored training and support to our customers, working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will conduct training needs analyses to align sessions with each customer's specific goals and success criteria, provide ongoing coaching to address real-time customer needs, and develop and execute project plans to drive customer adoption and maintain usage health.

Your expertise in customer onboarding, training, and customer success will enable you to identify and implement strategies that support customer success from onboarding through long-term engagement. You will also collaborate with Technology teams to customise platform configurations that meet customers' needs, manage customer feature requests, and communicate new platform updates to ensure seamless customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and facilitation skills, the ability to adapt to diverse business audiences, and a commitment to strategic thinking and problem-solving. A background or familiarity with industries such as engineering, construction, infrastructure, or transport logistics is advantageous, but not essential.
