At the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology. As a Transformational Gen AI Adoption Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) tools across our organisation.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of our Gen AI Playbook. This comprehensive resource will serve as the single source of truth for building, maintaining, and improving Gen AI solutions at CBA.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, risk professionals, cyber experts, and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration and effective utilisation of Gen AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Gen AI Playbook, a world-class knowledge base for all things Gen AI at CBA.
  • Oversee document management, including GitHub PRs, across multiple collaborators and trusted committers.
  • Promote peer review of contributed work and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to company-wide educational programs, such as reviewing training content and codes.
  • Communicate Gen AI technological advancements and tooling.
  • Enhance Domain documentation content in collaboration with engineers, product owners, and chapter leads.
Tech Skills and Qualifications

We value strong technical skills combined with natural leadership attributes. Familiarity with software engineering best practices, Generative AI tools, and technologies is essential. Experience in writing software and product documentation, educating stakeholders on Gen AI tools, and working with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative environments is highly desirable.
