Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.

About the Role

The AI Specialist will work within delivery squads focusing on building and operationalizing AI applications and ML models that enhance our service and product offerings.

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and Gen-AI agentic applications that solve complex problems and improve our products and services.

This role involves collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.

  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Implement data processing patterns, pipelines, and APIs for batch, real-time, and streaming data.
  • Design Gen-AI solutions using various frameworks, prompting techniques, RAG patterns, fine-tuning, and testing of LLM & Gen-AI applications.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Gen-AI, machine learning, or hybrid solutions into products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen-AI, machine learning, and big-data processing and apply new techniques to improve existing models.
