About the Position

The Counsellor will be part of our Student Wellbeing Team, responsible for delivering high-quality generalist counselling and case management services to the college community. The ideal candidate will develop and implement relevant policies, procedures, and programs to enhance student wellbeing.

The successful applicant must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the college community. A degree in psychology or equivalent is required, along with experience working with adolescents and developing programs for students.

The Counsellor will also need to demonstrate a high level of understanding of their role responsibilities, obtain a Working with Children Check, and pass a National Police Record History Check.
