As a Community Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by nurturing and supporting our customers and centre teams at a Centre level.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and support the overall daily operations of a centre, contributing to the growth and success of your customers.

You will own customer experience and operations in your centre, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and every customer feels valued and supported.

Key responsibilities include building effective relationships with new and existing customers, working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and creating an inspiring work environment that meets the needs of our community.

Additionally, you will be responsible for driving profitability of your centres through sales or additional services and ancillary income, training, managing, and mentoring community teams to be the best they can be, and leading by example through every interaction.

Skills and qualifications required for this role include being effortlessly enthusiastic, resilient, approachable and influential, proudly diligent, self-motivated, and people-focused.
