Business Development Manager

About the Role:

  • This role is all about driving strategic growth across a specific region.
  • Focused on Tier One customers in the building and construction industry, you'll expand our footprint through trusted relationships and smart selling strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.
  2. Building long-term, trusted relationships with Tier One customers.
  3. Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  4. Managing a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
  5. Providing input on pricing, revenue forecasting, and market insights.
  6. Representing our brand at key industry events and customer meetings.
  7. Traveling across the region as required to support business development.

About You:

  • You're a natural relationship builder and confident communicator.
  • You have proven B2B sales success, ideally within or related to the building & construction industry.
  • You bring experience working with Tier One contractors or project stakeholders.
  • You have strong cold-calling and pipeline management skills.
  • You're confident in communicating with people at all levels, from site to C-suite.
  • You possess high resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
