We are seeking an Employment Relationship Specialist to join our team in Disability Employment Australia program. The primary goal of this role is to foster and maintain strong relationships with employers, ultimately leading to successful job placements for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture connections with local businesses and organizations
  • Collaborate closely with Employment Consultants to identify suitable employment opportunities for participants
  • Negotiate effectively with employers to ensure the success of job placements

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with experience in sales, business development, account management, and/or outbound calling. While experience within the Employment Services sector is not essential, it is highly valued.
