Job Role Overview

This role focuses on recruiting and enrolling new domestic students into various courses and programs. The advisor engages with prospective students via telephone to provide course information and establish service-oriented relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport and communicate effectively with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets and service metrics.
  • Maintain and nurture all prospective students, ensuring compliance measures are met.
  • Provide detailed course, career, and market information to students.
  • Resolve student issues and concerns within Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales environments with demonstrated experience meeting KPIs and sales targets, preferably in education.
  • Proficiency in sales and service systems, including CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn new skills.
