Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking an organised Training Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, and more. This includes coordinating accredited and non-accredited courses from enrolment to completion, supporting trainers with scheduling and resources, conducting pre-training reviews and eligibility checks, and maintaining relationships with students, trainers, and community partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate course delivery, including enrolling students, scheduling training sessions, and monitoring student progress.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers, including preparing training materials, managing resources, and resolving issues.
  • Conduct pre-training reviews and testing, as well as eligibility checks for prospective students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers, and community partners to ensure successful course outcomes.
