The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our Resources & Industrials function based in Laverton North. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to key account customers, driving customer satisfaction and retention through overall business success.
  • Processing orders using PWMS and RAMCO via data entry (current management systems).
  • Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to internal, external customers, and stakeholders.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for any queries.
  • Buidling relationships and effectively communicating with all stakeholders, including customers, warehouse, and transport teams, as required.

About You

To succeed in these roles, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service position, including high-level data entry.
  • Experience or exposure to the transport or warehouse industry is highly regarded.
  • Excellent computer literacy – MS Office knowledge and typing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational, time management, communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
