About the Role

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Property Services and Facilities Manager to lead strategic management and operational delivery of property and facility services.

  • Oversee branch operations, including resource allocation and program delivery with a focus on safety-first leadership.
  • Provide expert advice and negotiations on leasing, acquisitions, State land dealings, property market trends, and cost-effective management of infrastructure.
  • Ensure effective operational management and service delivery for day-to-day council-owned facilities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of long-term property and facility strategies, initiatives, and policies and procedures.
  • Offer guidance to stakeholders, including Councillors and management, regarding effective property services and facilities management.
