**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Development Superintendent to lead our premier lithium operation in WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in leading teams and driving successful resource development in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of resource development principles and be able to effectively manage a large team of geos & contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful resource development at our lithium operation
  • Manage a large team of geos & contractors
  • Liaise with production departments to ensure continued growth of mineral resource inventories
  • Advise on potential underground development
