The Greenbushes Lithium Operation is located in a unique residential setting proximal to the Town of Greenbushes

nestled atop the picturesque Darling Scarp. Being an active stakeholder in the broader community is integral to our

**About the Role**

We are looking for safety focused, reliable, adaptable and positive individuals who are willing to learn with a can
- do attitude to join the processing team in the role of Process Operator. This is a permanent, full-time position,

working an attractive residential roster (4 days, 4 nights, 8 days off).

The primary responsibilities of a process operator include monitoring and recording plant processes, collecting

routine samples, housekeeping, making adjustments to ensure product quality remains on target, completing

workplace inspections and problem solving when issues arise.

Whether you have previous process experience or not, Talison will provide extensive on the job training for the

right applicant. It is an excellent opportunity to learn all facets of mineral processing or expand your current

knowledge.
