**Superintendent - Processing Operations**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around

our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Manager Production, this is a permanent full-time residential position. The successful applicant will

champion sustained safety improvement within multiple crushing and processing plants, demonstrating an ability to

manage multiple work areas, develop budgets and contribute to meeting production targets.***

**Responsibilities include**:

- Meet production targets and identify remedial actions where targets are not met;
- Maintain manning resources across all processing plants;
- Ensure operational team members are appropriately trained and competent to carry out their duties;
- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies which provide operational resources in line with

Budget/Forecast/Plan;
- Ensure all workplaces are inspected and hazards identified;
- Report and investigate processing plant incidents in the workplace; and
- Champion business development initiatives.
- Experience in a similar role or ready to make the next career step;
- A safety focus on aspects of the workplace;
- Exposure to industrial relations legislation and Mines Regulations;
- Experience in training and development of large, diverse teams;
- Skills in managing risk; and
- Operational shutdown planning skillset.
