Job Opportunity:

Mondrian Gold Coast is a cutting-edge destination that embodies innovation and creativity. As the Food & Beverage Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to dine with us.

Your role involves managing all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms using booking systems efficiently. You will build strong relationships with our guests, optimise table allocation, and send timely confirmations and pre-arrival communications.

To excel in this position, you will stay informed on venue offerings, menus, hours, promotions, and seasonal events. You will address and resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating when necessary. You will maintain expert knowledge of reservation systems and ensure accurate guest records.

You will also manage waitlists and cancellations, offering alternatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Additionally, you will assist with training new team members on reservation procedures and ensure compliance with security protocols.
